Unwanted physical Contact!

Right, lets get one thing straight- I am NOT a touchy feely person!!

OK, so today was our church nativity play so the church was pretty packed out with parents, usual congregation and guests; which is fab i love it when people come o church. what i hate is the 'awwwing' when kids mess up or do something stupid; it is not cute!!!!! I know I'm a grinch when it comes to kids, but they are a lot more intelligent that a lot of you seem to think.... stop awwing and cooing; it's just annoying to me and them, most importantly me.

Secondly, after the nativity i love talking to my lovely churchey extended family; every Sunday is like a big get together of various aunts, uncles and other crazy relatives... it's great and i love it. But stop hugging me!!!!!!!!!!

Hugs are awesome, tis true. But the are reserved for those people and those occasions which really deserve them in my world. like i said.... i am not touchy feely. If you want me to feel extremely uncomfortable in the space of three seconds;hug me! this will then lead to me trying to make some horrible conversation that may deserve the hug..... it doesn't work, i am stunned by the unwanted physical contact and intimidated by the invasion of my personal space which turns me into a conversational fool. I know, it's Christmas....it's not a licence to hug!

But on a happier note, it's Christmas in 2 sleeps!I'm hoping for a watch, and i know i have a Thermos flask on the way... it's pink and will enable me to drink good coffee in my lectures, I might even turn up to some social psychology lectures if i have the help of large amounts of coffee! hurrah. should also help save some money since i won't be buying coffee in the psych cafe. I am also gonna get a Bible....ESV translation and pink, hmmm how odd, lots of pink!part from that i don't think i know anything else so i get surprises this year!

Were having candlelit service at midnight in church 2moro which is really beautiful and good fun, so looking forward to that. Hope everyone has a great Christmas xxx
